EPL: Chelsea’s Kante set to number among English Premier League’s top earners

Chelsea midfield maestro, N’Golo Kante is set to sign a new contract at Stamford Bridge that will make him one of the top earners in the English Premier League, EPL.
According to French outlet, L’Equipe, the Blues have begun talks with the France international over a new deal and are confident an agreement can be reached within the coming days.
The report claimed that Kante’s new contract will make him one of the highest earners in the English topflight league.
Kante, who played a key role in France’s 2018 FIFA World Cup success in Russia, has been a key part of the Blues’ midfield since he was signed from Leicester City for £30 million 2 years ago.
The 27-year-old attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the new season but Chelsea have now made a substantial move to keep the midfielder, who has over two years remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge, due to his outstanding performances.
Kante will hope to lead Chelsea to victory when they tackle Tottenham Hotspur on November 24 in the Premier League fixture.
