Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B collaborator DJ Khaled buys $26m Miami Beach mansion from Baby On Board sign creator

DJ Khaled has found a new place to call home, and it only cost him a cool $26m.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Khaled, 42 (real name Khaled Mohamed Khaled) has plunked down $26.9 million for a 13,000 square foot home on the Miami Beach waterfront.
The rapper - who has worked with Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B on Dinero - purchased the home from Michael Lerner, who created the popular 'Baby on Board' signs in the 1980s.

Lerner first purchased the one-acre lot for $4.95 million in 2013, where he had the home built.
While Lerner originally had planned on living in the home himself, he ultimately decided to relocate to Palm Beach, and put the house on the market in 2016.
Among the home's many features are nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an 80-foot swimming pool and even an elevator.

The house also includes a safe room, a four-bedroom guest house and a private dock on Indian Creek.
The realtor representing the seller, Knight Frank, also reveals on the listing website that property includes an, 'expansive courtyard, two level gazebo with a full kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower & fireplace.'
The home, which was designed by Cesar Molina with furnishings from Holly Hunt and Christian Liagre, 'embodies a refreshing emphasis on the value of meditation.'
The limestone estate also features Curmaru wood overhangs and mahogany windows & doors.

Khaled purchased singer Robbie Williams' former home in Mulholland Estates, a gated Los Angeles community, in January 2017.
The rapper is getting ready to release his new album, Father of Asahd, in October, named after his own child Asahd, born in October 2016.
The lead single, 'Top Off,' featuring Beyonce, Jay-Z and Future, was released in March, with the second single, No Brainer, with Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper and Quavo, released in July.

Tottenham Coach, Pochettino Lays Foundation For Real Madrid Job

Mauricio Pochettino has already laid the foundations for his departure from Tottenham as reports link him with the vacant Real Madrid manager's role, according to former Manchester United defender Gary Neville. Spurs lost 1-0 to Manchester City at Wembley on Monday , a result that leaves them fifth in the Premier League, five points behind Pep Guardiola's men. The club failed to spend any money whatsoever in the summer, not recruiting a single player, while the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea both spent over £100 million ($131.5m). The Reds and the Blues, along with City, are unbeaten thus far this season, with the title race likely to feature at least three key players. And Neville thinks that, eventually, Pochettino will want to join a club that can give him the resources he needs to compete at the very top of the game, whether that is in England or further afield as rumours persist that he could replace Julen Lopetegui at Santiago Bernabeu . "Pochettino has always...
